  First time I called, they forgot to save my information and therefore didn’t (couldn’t) call me back.
  
  Second time I called they didn’t believe that I had a work order # for the work from the manufacture... even though I gave it to them.
  
  Third point of contact they sent me back to the manufacture (the manufacture could work out why - they had already provided the work order).
  
  Out of the blue I get asked to confirm a service appointment and be at home between 12:00 and noon. Then the technician asks to change the appointment time on Monday me to ‘immediately’ (so I change all of my mtgs... again to accommodate). Technician didn’t bring a ladder and asked to borrow mine (luckily I have one), then just didn’t turn up. Nice!
