  I lived in a unit at 443 S Catalina the entire time my home was infested with roaches. I notified the landlord whom stated he would take care of the issue ignored my request for services. Come to find out after calling the health department and filling a case in small claims court. I won my case because the living conditions are terrible and the landlord lied about knowing there was an infestation. The same day i won they also filled for an eviction so not only did they not make the unit habitable but they tried to retaliate against me. In the end they were forced to refund all of my money with them giving me the time to find another place within two weeks. That was the only time they ever worked with me in the time I’ve lived there. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Ha well maybe I would that’s how bad it is.
