  This place is the worst apartment complex. It is number one expensive. Secondly, it is cockroach infested. Third, none if any of the on site managers care about this place. Constant weed smoking inside and outside the apartment. The doors are never closed for the main entrances; literally every weekend the supposed manager has her parties here and you dont even know who is coming and going. The parking area is a free for all. When i lived there I never parked inside, but i would walk by so many people screaming and yelling because someone parked in their space not sure why the on site manager never put a strict sign up. Please do not believe them when they post on site laundry room. Its right next to the trash and they never do maintenance. You can wash but not dry or dry but never wash or sometimea you would get lucky and it would wash your clothes but never rinse them so you would have to manually squeeze the water out. I lived there only to help my relatives out for about a year and a half but it breaks my heart to see how this company takes rent from people and yet lets them live in filth. They turned the water off not 2 times but 9 in less than a year. They dont notify you until 10 pm the night before that the water will be off from 8am to 10pm wow seriously....texting does not kill you you know. The ceiling is cracking on top of you because all the maintenance man can apparentlydo is patch it. I called the city they never came. Please people dont settle for this place just because you have no credit or low credit l. I have lived in plenty of places where the majority of the community is low income and they still have decent conditions. Oh and the sacred gym they promote its where all the tenants go to have their dog defecate in and where at night all the homeless people go to sleep and the drug addicts go to shoot up and leave needles in the public bathroom. Seriously guys cant make this up. I left about 4 months ago, but sadly my relatives stayed. And get this You pay GAS..ELECTRIC...WATER..TRASH...and some 4 dollar fee every month. But nope thats not all guys you also get to pay the Multifamily Utility company which also charges you water and gas and electric again. Yes not lying people so please asks questions. The onsite manager has been known to disregard work orders and apparentky idk if its true but she has 10 kids dont know how she can live in a two bedroom with 10 kids and still mangae this place and if this building owner had any grasp on the real world he should offer a 4 bedroom aprtment to her so she can do her job properly because even though she has failed she might just be overwhelmed and if she is than thats on the company who gave her the position. Im a person who believes fair is fair i did not want to write this review, but im sick and tired of these places exploiting hard working people. SO Please DO NOT RENT from here please just dont!! The city should condemn it or force the needed repairs and offer the onsite manager adequate training. 50 DOLLAR RENT increase a year!!!! I just hope one person reafs this and it helps them avoid it. If i didnt get a new phone i would love to post the picture if i find them in my drive i will post them lets pray I do. Good luck to anyone whose still there stay safe. I wanted to leave after 3 months but familys family.

  No renten aqui porafvor. Esta lleno de cucarachas y fuman marijuana constantemente. No les creen que hay lavadores no sirben y esta al lado de la basura y super sucio y lleno de pulgas ybcucaraches. Pagan agua luz gas y electricidad y tambien le pagan a otra compania aparte lo mismo. Significa que pagan doble billes. Y les aumentann la renta cada ano por 50 dollares. No se dejen llevqr por lo facil que se lo dan el kugar busquen algo mejor para sus hijos y su mismo. Siempre hay pandilleros en la noche y tiran su vidrios de cerveza por todas partes.
