  I moved in about 3 months ago and everything has been great so far. The building is clean and bug free. The neighbors are quiet and never cause problems. You get two parking stalls which is nice cause street parking can be hard to find. Yolanda is also a great complex manager. She's was very helpful with my move in.

  The apartments are nice and cozy, with quick access to 101. Also it's in a convenient location for buying groceries at, Trader Joe's, Vons, Whole Foods, Gelson's.
  
  Also the manager Yolanda is very friendly and a helpful person, and if you have any problem with your apartment she will respond very fast.
