  Incompetent group of people running this operation. Nothing gets done and the folks amin (or whatever the sweet talking guy's name is that reels you in at the beginning) hires are rude and dumb. Nothing will get done on your place and when you say something to someone they will run their mouth to you about how it's your fault the repair wasn't complete. We went months without necessary and promised repairs done. We have yet to be reimbursed for a repair the vendor forced us to pay him on the spot for. The management company asked us to send the receipt which we have done several times but 5 months later we still have yet to be reimbursed. The vendors that come to the house are constantly complaining about how terrible they are to work with. We own several rental properties ourselves and have been able to break contract with companies we were using for completing even more than what these people are doing. Poor homeowners. We won't be renewing our lease here and will be sure we find a new rental that is being managed by another company in the future. What a nightmare.
