  We have been waiting for 3 weeks for Steamatic to come and finish the repairs in the master bedroom. The room is completely packed up. I have called the company 6 times and each time they PROMISE that someone will call you back, and NO ONE EVER DOES. Very unprofessional. And its been 1 1/2 weeks since then.
